Commerative Dates

COMMEMORATIVE DATES

     For my father’s generation, the Bombing of Pearl Harbor was one to commemorate, but as that generation fades, so goes their special date; hence, the “Monday” Holidays.

    For my generation, perhaps it is September 11, 2001, when we were once again attacked on our home soil.  We should try to understand the jealousy, envy, and hatred that precipitated that event and that we need to get back to the basics of what our Founding Father’s intended:  our Declaration of Independence, The Constitution of the United States of America, our Bill of Rights, our freedom to make our own choices, as well as to let free enterprise work without government intervention.
